NOTE:

Your user name on your email MUST be the FULL EMAIL ADDRESS.

Email address: Bob@Iambob.com

The User name will be: Bob@Iambob.com   NOT: Bob

Please make sure your email address is set up this way!

Also you must use mail.domain.com for the incoming email server and you need to use your ISP's out going email server if possable.
